The public PGx Care website does not use advertising pixels, analytics cookies, a login cookie, or a persistent marketing identifier. Newsletter details are stored server-side, not in browser local storage. Hosting and security infrastructure may process request information to deliver and protect the site.

When you submit the newsletter form, a self-hosted Cap check uses JavaScript, browser capabilities, Web Workers, and WebAssembly to help detect automated abuse. The check contacts our Cap service on DigitalOcean; it does not load Google reCAPTCHA or send your email address to Cap. Verification tokens are short-lived and single-use. If verification cannot finish, no newsletter request is saved.

Cap is an abuse-prevention control, not an advertising or analytics service. The security service receives connection information, including your IP address, for rate limiting and technical operation.

Event pages automatically load an embedded Vimeo player. Visiting a page with a video connects to Vimeo, which receives connection information including your IP address and may use its own storage under its privacy policy. We request Vimeo’s do-not-track mode; this does not prevent all connection data processing. Videos do not automatically play with sound. The player may minimize as you scroll; use its close control to stop playback and remove the player. Maps and newsletter signup remain separate choices.

The directory opens in List view unless you choose an Open the map link. Selecting Map loads tiles from our configured map provider—CARTO using OpenStreetMap data, or OpenStreetMap directly when a CARTO key is not configured. The map provider receives connection information, including your IP address and the requested map area. We do not request your device location. Switch to List to stop loading the interactive map.

Choosing Google, Outlook, or Yahoo calendar links, Directions, or a clinic website opens that third-party service. Downloading an Apple/Other .ics calendar file does not require an embedded external calendar. The receiving service may use its own cookies or storage under its policy.

You can browse the event and directory without opening the map or subscribing. Browser settings let you inspect, restrict, and remove cookies or site data. Blocking JavaScript or WebAssembly prevents Cap-protected newsletter signup, but the event details, clinic contact information, and downloadable calendar remain available.

No optional advertising or analytics tools are enabled. If optional trackers are introduced later, this notice and any required consent controls will be updated before they load.
