PGx Care does not request genetic test results, samples, medical histories, diagnoses, medication lists, insurance identifiers, or patient records through this website. Contact an independent clinic directly for care, testing, clinical consent, and its privacy practices.

Browsing PGx resources or signing up for education can reveal an interest in health topics, even without clinical records. Depending on applicable law, that information may be treated as consumer health data. We use voluntarily provided newsletter details only for the purposes and choices described in our privacy policy, website operations, and abuse prevention.

We do not sell health-related information or use health interests for targeted advertising. We do not use geofencing to identify visitors around health-care locations. The clinic map shows public business locations; it does not request your location. Hosting, database, security, and email providers process information needed to provide the features you choose.
